I was at a workshop last week, and during the course of the workshop, the presenter (Sean D'Souza of Psychotactics) admitted that he wasn't using some of his strategies on his own website.

This got me to thinking… what do I always make my clients go through that I haven't been doing for myself? The answer is going through a really thorough, written-down version of my Brand Definition worksheet, and then sticking to it in all my marketing materials.

Now, doing this is pretty scary, because I have hundreds of pages of website written, and lots of other marketing materials done. But, I think if I'm going to preach something, then I should actually go ahead and go through the process – that can only help me make it better, right?
