“Is My Logo Good?”
This is the most common question I get at networking events. And, I always try to play nice, and find something positive to say about it – I’m a generally nice person, and don’t want to be mean to people.
But, I realize I’m being a little mean in that. By not telling them the whole truth. So, here it is.
If you are asking me if your logo is good, then, no, it isn’t.
Your logo’s mission is to make you feel confident. To make you proud, and to to make you feel and look like you’ve “got it together”.
If you don’t know, in your gut, that your logo is fabulous… if it doesn’t make you proud and make you want to show it off… then your logo is not good.
It’s failing in its’ mission, and making you uncertain and making you question yourself.
And you can’t have any of that in your marketing.
